All sales on our website are final, and we do not accept food returns under any circumstances.
One order may include multiple deliveries. Meals scheduled for delivery or pickup within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Refunds, credits, or replacements may be issued only in the following cases:
- Incorrect items
- Damaged meals
If part of your order qualifies, only those specific items will be refunded. All approved refunds are subject to a 3.00% non-refundable processing fee (minimum $1.95).
All meals must be picked up within 4 days of the scheduled pickup date. Any meals not claimed within this timeframe will be discarded for food safety reasons, and no refunds or credits will be issued.
For food safety reasons, we do not accept any returned food.
