AI NUTRITION TRACKER
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When using the AI Nutrition Tracker, we may collect food photographs, descriptions, nutrition logs, AI-generated results, age, height, weight, body measurements, activity levels, nutritional goals, and related wellness information.
With your permission, we may access weight, active energy expenditure, body fat percentage, and water intake data from Apple Health or Google Health Connect.
Some of this information may be considered sensitive personal or health-related data under applicable law.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
We use this information to provide nutrition and activity tracking, calculate estimated calorie and macronutrient goals, display progress, synchronize authorized health information, evaluate accuracy, troubleshoot errors, and maintain and improve our Services.
Personal calorie and weight management goals are calculated using established mathematical methods within the Nutrition Tracker, separately from third-party AI food recognition.
3. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE PROCESSING
We use third-party AI providers to analyze food photographs, descriptions, and related inputs and generate nutritional estimates.
Food photographs, AI requests, responses, nutritional estimates, corrections, and related processing records are stored in our systems and may be associated with your account. We use these records to evaluate accuracy, investigate errors, improve food recognition, and develop or enhance our Services.
We do not intentionally include weight history, personal weight management goals, or data obtained directly from Apple Health or Google Health Connect in requests to external AI models for food analysis.
4. HEALTH PLATFORM INTEGRATIONS
Access to Apple Health or Google Health Connect requires your authorization through the applicable platform. Imported data may be stored in our systems.
You may revoke access through your device or platform settings. Disconnecting an integration stops future synchronization through that connection but does not automatically delete previously imported records.
We do not sell, use, or disclose data obtained through Apple Health or Google Health Connect for advertising, marketing, behavioral targeting, or data brokerage.
5. SERVICE PROVIDERS & PRODUCT IMPROVEMENT
We may use authorized third-party cloud hosting, data storage, analytics, software development, AI-assisted engineering, and technology providers to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, secure, analyze, and improve our Services.

Nutrition Tracker data, including food photographs, AI processing history, nutrition logs, and related wellness records, is generally retained for as long as your AthleticsFit account remains active.

Upon receiving and verifying a deletion request, we will delete associated personal information, subject to applicable legal requirements and permitted retention exceptions.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The AI-powered Nutrition Tracker features are intended for users aged 18 or older. Individuals under 18 are not authorized to use these features.
