Yes. The Athletics/Muscle Gain Meal Plan is designed for active individuals, athletes, and customers who want larger portions and more protein. Meals in this plan generally contain approximately 50-70 grams of protein and 550–750 calories per meal.

Customers can review the calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fats for each meal before ordering. The menu rotates weekly, providing a variety of high-protein meals to support an active lifestyle and consistent nutrition routine.

First, choose a meal plan based on your goal: Weight Loss, Balanced, or Athletics/Muscle Gain. You can then review the weekly menu, replace meals you do not want, and add available extras such as breakfast or meals for a sixth or seventh day.

Orders for the following week must be placed by Friday at 11:30 p.m. through afmeals.com or AFmeals app. After ordering, you receive fresh meal deliveries three times per week - Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday between 5 p.m. and 11 p.m. Each delivery normally contains approximately two days of meals.

No. If you are unavailable, the driver can leave the insulated delivery bag at your door, porch, or front desk according to your delivery instructions. Place the meals in the refrigerator as soon as possible after receiving the delivery.

Yes, you’ll receive sms notification when the driver on the way and when bag is delivered.

Before your next scheduled delivery, place the empty insulated bag and ice packs outside your door or leave them with your front desk. When the driver delivers your next order, they will collect the used bag and replace it with a new one containing your meals.

If you do not have another delivery scheduled, contact your personal account manager or AthleticsFit customer service to arrange the return.

Our Grab & Go location is open 24/7 at 9628 NE 2nd Avenue, Miami Shores, FL 33138. Available meals vary based on current fridge inventory, so customers who need specific meals or quantities should order in advance through the AthleticsFit website or app.

Weekly meal plan orders must generally be placed by Friday 11.30 pm for the following week. Individual à la carte orders normally require at least 48 hours before the selected delivery date.

The delivery-bag deposit is a refundable deposit for the insulated bags and ice packs used to keep your meals cold during delivery. It is not an additional delivery fee.

AthleticsFit holds the deposit until the reusable bag and ice packs are returned. Once your order cycle is complete and the bag has been returned, the deposit is credited back to your AthleticsFit account. Returning the bags also supports our efforts to reduce packaging waste and reuse delivery materials.

The protein we offer is lean red meat, poultry, fish and seafood, we do not serve pork.

AthleticsFit primarily uses extra-virgin olive oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, depending on the recipe and cooking method.

For some meals, we can use a small amount of seed oil used for baking sheets. Customers monitoring their fat intake or avoiding a particular ingredient should review the nutrition facts and complete ingredient list for each meal.

AthleticsFit meals generally remain fresh for three to four days after delivery when kept refrigerated. Follow the use-by date and storage instructions on the individual meal label. Some meals may also be frozen for longer storage.

Each meal has individual heating instructions on its label. Most meals can be heated in the microwave or on a pan after removing any sauce containers, vacuum-sealed components, garnishes, or other items marked as non-microwave-safe.
